Privacy policy.

This policy explains what personal data Rawbai collects through www.rawbai.com, why, and what rights you have over it. It is written to comply with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (habeas data) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, with the GDPR and the UK GDPR.

1. Who is responsible for your data

GGC Capital Partners S.A.S. is the data controller ("responsable del tratamiento") for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect and why

• Contact form. First name, last name, company, work email and your message. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal.
• LNG Data order form. The data above plus country, tax or VAT ID, PO number and invoice currency. We use them to issue the invoice, deliver the file and keep the accounting and export records the law requires.
• WhatsApp and email. If you write to us, we keep the conversation to follow up on it.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell data.

3. Legal basis

We process your data with your consent (when you send a form or write to us), to perform a contract or take steps before one (when you request the report), and to comply with legal obligations (invoicing, tax and export records). Where the GDPR applies, our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and securing the site is a further basis.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to operate: our web hosting and form provider (Netlify), our email provider, our invoicing and payment providers (bank, Wise) and, when the law requires it, tax or customs authorities. These providers may be located outside Colombia; we require them to protect your data to a standard at least equivalent to this policy. We never sell personal data or share it for third-party marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after the last contact. Orders and invoices: for as long as Colombian commercial and tax law requires (currently ten years). Server logs: up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, update or delete your data, to revoke your consent, to receive a copy of it, or to object to or restrict its use. Under Colombian law you may also file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC); under the GDPR, with your local data protection authority. Write to hello@rawbai.com with the subject "Personal data" and we will answer within the legal term (ten working days for queries and fifteen for claims under Law 1581; one month under the GDPR).

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider with access limited to the Rawbai team. Email and WhatsApp are standard commercial services; do not send us confidential project documents through the contact form.

8. Cookies

www.rawbai.com does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only storage used is technical (for example, remembering your language choice) and it does not identify you.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top tells you the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
