2. Purpose of the site

www.rawbai.com presents the advisory services of Rawbai in FSRU and LNG import projects and its data product, LNG Data (the "Global LNG Fleet and Import Terminals" workbook). Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; services are engaged under a written proposal or contract, and the data product under the licence described in section 5.

3. Intellectual property

The Rawbai name and logo, the texts, graphics, photographs, the project globe and the design of this site belong to GGC Capital Partners S.A.S. or are used with permission. Third-party logos shown in the project strip belong to their owners and appear only to identify projects in which Captain Jorgen Grindevoll or Rawbai took part; their display does not imply endorsement. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any content of this site without written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.

4. Professional information, not advice

The case descriptions, figures and opinions published here are general information drawn from Rawbai's experience. They do not replace project-specific advice and must not be relied on for investment, chartering, regulatory or operational decisions without engaging Rawbai or another qualified advisor. Figures from past projects (for example savings achieved) describe those projects only and are not a promise of results.

5. LNG Data product

• Licence. Single company, internal use. You may cite the data with attribution to Rawbai. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the file or substantial parts of it outside your company, nor use it to build a competing product.
• Content. The workbook compiles public and proprietary sources, verified by Rawbai, and includes data from Global Energy Monitor under the CC BY 4.0 licence. Every row carries a source, a date and a confidence rating. Rawbai does not guarantee that the data is free of errors and is not liable for decisions taken on it.
• Prices and taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars per edition and exclude taxes. Sales to buyers outside Colombia are exports of services with no VAT; Colombian companies add 19 % IVA. Invoices may be issued in USD, GBP or EUR.
• Delivery and returns. The file is delivered by email once payment is received. Because it is a digital product delivered in full, no refund is made after delivery, except where the file is defective and cannot be replaced.
• Launch offer. Buyers of the October 2026 edition receive a 30 % discount on every 2027 edition. The discount applies once per company per edition, is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be combined with other offers.

6. Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, GGC Capital Partners S.A.S. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or of information published on it.

Links to press articles and third-party sites are provided for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of users in other jurisdictions.
